THE TRADE PARTNERSHIP and TRADE PARTNERSHIP WORLDWIDE, LLC, assist law firms, trade associations, business coalitions and individual companies in developing arguments regarding the effects of imports on the competitiveness of industries in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations in both the United States and the European Union, and five-year "sunset reviews" to terminate longstanding dumping or countervailing duties, Sections 201, 301, and 332 investigations, and Generalized System of Preferences requests in the United States. This work frequently involves the use of quantitative economic analysis to measure the impacts of imports on various affected constituencies.
