International Child Labor: Options for Action (1997). Describes the US and UK experiences with child labor, the conclusions of the International Labour Organization, the World Bank, the United Nations Children’s Fund and others regarding the scope of the problem and appropriate and inappropriate ways to address it, and summarizes "pros" and "cons" of the many options that have been suggested to eliminate child labor. The study concludes with its own options for action, drawn from the recommendations of international experts.
