Baughman testifies before various U.S. government agencies regarding the likely impacts on competitiveness of prospective or actual trade policies. Baughman prepares the economic analysis required for countervailing duty and antidumping complaints, Section 201, 301 and 332 investigations, and Generalized System of Preferences requests.
